We offer all types of glazed windows and doors in aluminum featuring different types of glasses and we also supply and install flyscreens, security doors, etc. We give design recommendations for our customers based on the fenestration, we can also provide our customers with AR-rendered pictures so that they have a brief idea of how the windows and doors would fit.
We stock black, white, monument, and mill finish but we can powder coat any color of your choice with no extra charges. However, in the case that powder coating is needed, the lead time for the delivery of your order could be delayed for a couple of days.
Lead time for the delivery of projects can vary from less than a week to 8 weeks, this is dependent on the size and the type of the project. However, installation normally only takes a couple of days
All our products and services come with a 5-year warranty, which covers the workmanship of the installation and the products themselves.
All our products for sale are compliant with AS2047, compliance certificates can be provided upon request, and WERS rating information is also available at http://awawers.net.
Our products feature either laminated glasses or toughened glasses, both types are the most secure glasses on the market, windows and doors will come with locks and keys.
We normally ask our clients for the following information:
-What type of project will this one be? Supply only, replacement of windows and doors or simply installing new windows and doors.
-Rough measurements of the site and fenestration.
-Type of windows and doors and the glass types.
-Site location.
Dedicated on-site measuring services are available for customers who are keen, or if our job site is close by, we can come to provide measuring and quotation services.

If our customers are ready to place an order, we will then issue a signed order form containing all project details, as well as our business bank account details. We would require the deposit to be paid before we lock in your order, this is in case of a change of mind as our products are all made to order. Deposits are generally non-refundable, but exemptions can be made under certain circumstances. For in-stock windows and doors purchases, the full amount will be required upon pick up or delivery.
We quote based on the area of the opening that needs to be covered or enclosed, windows and doors featuring single-glazed and double-glazed can have different unit prices. Unfortunately, financing options are currently not available.
